Drawn cup needle roller bearings have a unique outer ring configuration with cage and full complement rollers. Drawn cup roller bearings are normally used in applications where the housing bore cannot be used as a raceway for needle roller and cage assemblies, but where a very compact and economical bearing arrangement is required. These easy-to-fit bearings offer the thinnest outer rings of all rolling bearings as well as high load capacity, high terminal speeds and great wear resistance.
Combined Needle Roller Bearings

Solid Needle Roller Bearings

1.Needle roller bearings have a large carrying capacity and are suitable for supporting structures with limited installation dimensions.
2.The surface of the journal is hardened as the rolling surface, and the bearing is fitted into the seat hole with a press fit, and there is no need for it to be axially positioned.
3.The bearing should be injected with an appropriate amount of grease before installation.
4.Usually, no relubrication is required after assembly (BK type bearings are used in the support of the journal without the protruding end, the end face is closed for sealing, and can withstand small axial movement.)
