The inner ring of CA type aligning roller bearing has two small guards at both ends, and there is no guard in the middle. The inner ring of the C-type aligning roller bearing has no large or small flange, the roller is "self-guiding", the middle is the active middle stop ring, and the cage is the steel plate press cage. The roller length of the bearing of the structure is increased, the rated load is increased, and it also has a higher limit speed and lower friction loss.
Cylindrical hole type aligning roller bearing has good aligning performance, which can realize accurate positioning and aligning of bearings by adjusting the size and position of mounting holes during bearing installation. The aligning principle is mainly as follows:
1. Adjust the relative position of inner ring and outer ring
When the relative position of the inner ring and the outer ring is offset, the bearing will be aligning. During assembly, the eccentricity and angular offset of the bearing can be adjusted by fine-tuning the relative position of the inner ring and the outer ring to achieve the aligning of the bearing.
2. Adjust the structure of the cage
The structure and shape of the cage will also affect the aligning performance of the aligning roller bearing. Different cage structures will have different effects on bearing capacity and aligning performance. In actual use, the appropriate cage structure can be selected according to different working conditions to improve the operating stability and reliability of the bearing.
3. Adjust the spacing and position of rollers
The spacing and position of rollers also affect the aligning performance. When the roller spacing is uneven or the roller position is offset, the bearing will also have different degrees of aligning. When assembling bearings, the spacing and position of rollers need to be carefully adjusted to improve the aligning performance of bearings.
