Joint bearings are generally used for low speed swing movement (that is, angular movement), because the sliding surface is spherical, it can also be tilted within a certain Angle range (that is, aligning movement), when the supporting shaft and the shaft shell hole are not concentric, it can still work normally.
Centripetal joint bearing
(1) GE... Type E: single seam outer ring, no lubricating oil groove. Can withstand radial loads and small axial loads in either direction.
(2) GE... Type ES: single seam outer ring with lubricating oil groove. Can withstand radial loads and small axial loads in either direction.
(3) GE... ES-2RS, GEEW... Model ES-2RS: Single seamed outer ring with lubricating oil groove and sealing ring on both sides. Can withstand radial loads and small axial loads in either direction.
(4) GE... ESN type: single-seam outer ring, GE... XSN type: double slit outer ring (split outer ring), with lubricating oil groove, the outer ring has a stop groove. Can withstand radial loads and small axial loads in either direction. However, when the axial load is borne by the stop ring, its ability to bear the axial load is reduced.
(5) GE... HS type: the inner ring has lubricating oil groove, double and half outer ring, the clearance can be adjusted after wear. Can withstand radial loads and small axial loads in either direction.
(6) GE... Type DE1: The inner ring is hardened bearing steel, and the outer ring is bearing steel. The inner ring is extruded during assembly, with lubricating oil groove and oil hole. Bearing with inner diameter less than 15mm, without lubricating oil groove and oil hole. Can withstand radial loads and small axial loads in either direction.
(7) GE... Type DEM1: The inner ring is hardened bearing steel and the outer ring is bearing steel. The inner ring is extruded during assembly. After the bearing is loaded into the bearing seat, the end groove is pressed out on the outer ring to make the bearing axially fixed. Can withstand radial loads and small axial loads in either direction.
(8) GE... DS type: The outer ring has an assembly groove and a lubrication groove. Limited to large size bearings. It can withstand radial loads and small axial loads in either direction (one side of the assembly groove cannot withstand axial loads).
Angular contact joint bearing
GAC… The inner and outer rings of type S are hardened bearing steel, and the outer rings have oil grooves and oil holes. It can withstand radial loads and axial (combined) loads in one direction.
Thrust knuckle bearing
GX… The S-shaped shaft ring and seat ring are both hardened bearing steel; The seat ring has an oil groove and an oil hole. It can withstand axial load or combined load in one direction (the radial load value shall not be greater than 0.5 times the axial load value at this time).
