NSK Cylindrical Roller Bearing

According to whether the ring has a rib or not, NSK cylindrical roller bearings are divided into NU, NJ, NUP, N, NF and other single-row bearings, and NNU, NN double-row bearings. The bearing is a structure with separable inner ring and outer ring. Cylindrical roller bearings with inner or outer rings without rims, the inner and outer rings can be axially moved relative to each other, so they can be used as free-end bearings. One side of the inner ring and the outer ring has a double rib, and the other side of the ring has a cylindrical roller bearing with a single rib, which can withstand a certain degree of axial load in one direction. Generally use steel plate stamping cage, or copper alloy car cage. But some also use polyamide forming cages.

According to the cylindrical roller bearing ring guard edge, divided into the following shapes. Types NU, N, NNU and NN are suitable for free side bearings. NJ type, NF type, can withstand a certain degree of axial load in one direction, NH type and NUP type as fixed side bearings.

NH type cylindrical roller bearings are assembled by NJ type cylindrical roller bearings and L-shaped flange rings. When installing NUP type bearings, please turn the lettering side of the stop ring outward

1. Roller and raceway for line contact or repair line contact, radial bearing capacity is large, suitable for bearing heavy loads and impact loads.

2. Small friction coefficient, suitable for high speed, limit speed close to deep groove ball bearings.

3.N type and NU type can move axially, can adapt to the change of the relative position of the shaft and the housing caused by thermal expansion or installation error, and can be used as a free end support.

4. The processing requirements for the shaft or seat hole are higher, and the relative deviation of the outer ring axis after the bearing installation should be strictly controlled to avoid contact stress concentration.

5. The inner ring or outer ring can be separated for easy installation and disassembly.
