Product Description:

The thickness specifications of CSB galvanized steel coil are diverse, and the thinner thickness is suitable for some products that are more sensitive to weight and cost and do not need to bear too much pressure, such as internal shielding covers of electronic equipment, small packaging boxes, etc. Thicker steel coils can be used to manufacture components that require a certain degree of strength and rigidity, such as purlins in building structures and shell frames for industrial equipment.

Full cold galvanizing process:

Chemical degreasing → hot water washing → water washing → electrolytic degreasing → water washing → acid washing → rust removal → water washing → electrogalvanizing process → water washing → passivation → hot water washing → drying → quality inspection → packaging and sales
