Cylinder Roller Bearing
Cylindrical roller bearings use cylindrical rollers as rolling elements, which have high load capacity. The roller is guided by the rib of the inner or outer ring. The inner ring and the outer ring can be separated to facilitate assembly, because the inner ring and the outer ring are usually pressed on the shaft and bearing seat respectively. On bearings without inner or outer ring ribs, the ring can move freely in the axial direction, which makes cylindrical roller bearings an ideal choice for applications that experience thermal expansion of the shaft, such as electric motors.
